What you’ll do: Proactively manage Team Members and Shift Managers on a daily basis and assist the General Manager with coaching hiring and development. Assist the General manager with restaurant operations including profit and loss through inventory control and sales, restaurant cleanliness, and customer service. Develop and support a culture of champions in the store.
What you’ll need: Past supervisory or management experience. Preferred knowledge of the food or restaurant industry. A creative, energetic, positive attitude. A desire to grow your career
